Images stay in your browser
Instagram Grid Maker reads one selected JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF image locally, crops it, splits it into tiles and encodes new JPG or PNG files. The page builds ZIP archives with a locally bundled copy of the fflate library. Selected files, their contents, filenames and embedded metadata are not uploaded to a server.
The website server delivers the HTML, styles, scripts and the local ZIP library. Choosing a file starts browser processing, not an upload. No account is required and the original file on your device is not changed.
Temporary data and downloads
Decoded pixels, a preview canvas, generated tiles and object URLs are held temporarily in browser memory while you use the page. Reset or choosing another image releases the application's current source and outputs. Changing settings discards generated outputs but keeps the source for editing. Temporary download URLs are revoked when their outputs are discarded. Closing the page releases the page's references. This does not guarantee immediate physical erasure from browser or operating-system memory.
A tile or ZIP archive is saved to your device only when you choose its download link. Saved copies remain under your control. Your browser may cache website assets, but those assets never contain your image. This tool does not store files, results or filenames in cookies, localStorage or IndexedDB.
Analytics and network requests
The supplied application does not use analytics, tracking scripts, advertising or remote fonts. It makes no network request while processing an image: decoding, cropping, encoding and ZIP creation all run from files served by this site. Following a link to another page creates an ordinary browser request to that page.
The website may use Cloudflare Insights for traffic analytics. This page's Content Security Policy blocks external scripts and connections, including analytics injected by the hosting layer. Selected image contents, filenames and metadata are not sent to analytics by this tool.
Loading any website sends normal connection information to its server and any configured hosting or proxy infrastructure. That can include IP address, requested URL, time, browser headers and referrer information, and hosting infrastructure may record normal access or security logs. Log retention and access depend on deployment settings, which this browser application does not control. Local processing does not mean that visiting the page generates no requests or server logs.
What you display and share
Previews, tile files and filenames can include private photos and file names. Consider screen sharing, screenshots and other people with access to your device. You decide which outputs to save or publish, and you are responsible for having permission to process and share the image.
Your choices and changes
You can reset the tool, load a different image, cancel processing or close the page at any time. Browser history, caches and downloaded files can be managed with your browser and device settings. This policy may be revised if the tool's actual data handling changes; new analytics or other data services must be reflected here before they are introduced.
