Configuration input stays local

Pasted configuration text, selected file contents, filenames, generated output and conversion notes are processed in your browser's memory. The application does not upload them, send them through fetch or XMLHttpRequest, put them in page URLs, or save them in cookies, local storage, session storage or IndexedDB. No account is required.

Only UTF-8 configuration files are accepted, with or without a UTF-8 BOM. UTF-16, invalid UTF-8 files and NUL-containing input are rejected. Pasted input and selected files are limited to 1,048,576 UTF-8 bytes (1 MiB).

Copying, downloading and clearing

Copy output requests access to your clipboard only when you click that button. Your browser and operating system control clipboard history and may retain a copied value. Downloads are generated locally as UTF-8 text and saved when you choose to download them; they are not server-hosted copies.

Clear resets input, options and output, and releases the application's download URLs. Editing input, choosing a file or changing an option invalidates the previous result and download links. Leaving the page releases application references; this is not a guarantee of secure erasure from browser or operating-system memory. Your own downloaded files, clipboard history and screenshots are not removed.

Website requests and access logs

Loading this website requests its page and static assets. Hosting servers, proxies and security systems may record request information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL and browser headers. The browser tool does not control hosting logs, and their retention period is not specified here. Your configuration text is not included in those requests by this application.

Your browser may cache static website assets. The converter does not deliberately persist your configuration, but browser extensions and browser-level recovery features operate outside the application's control.

Links and sensitive configuration

Related-tool and navigation links open other pages only when followed; the app does not attach your input to them. Review configuration files for secrets before sharing your screen, clipboard or downloaded results.

This policy may change if the tool or website practices change.
