Browsers can slow down or suspend hidden tabs. That makes live telemetry and failure timing unreliable, so this app pauses monitoring and the preset failure countdown when you switch tabs or minimize this window.

Keep the monitor visible in its own window.

The browser does not need keyboard focus: you can fly in the simulator while this monitor stays selected in a visible browser window, for example on another screen. Keep this tab selected in that window; switching to a different tab hides the monitor. Minimizing or fully covering the browser may also make it count as hidden. Keep your computer awake. Monitoring resumes automatically when the tab becomes visible again; missed time is not added and failures do not catch up.

The tab title flashes while preset monitoring is paused, whenever the browser allows it to update. A queued manual override still attempts to fire, but browser suspension can delay it.
